At Elite Tile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window for all unused, undamaged materials in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Shipment
Securely pack the tiles in their original boxes and include a copy of your invoice with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Ship Local or Freight
Ship the items back to our central warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a standard 15% restocking fee.
