What is the typical shipping timeframe for Elite Tile orders?

Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. Due to the weight and fragile nature of ceramic and stone, orders are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.

Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. You can purchase 4x4 or 6x6 swatches of most products to verify color, texture, and finish in your home's specific lighting before placing a bulk order.

What is your return policy for unused tiles?

We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for return freight shipping costs.

What should I do if my tile arrives damaged?

While we pack our tiles with extreme care, breakage can occur. Please inspect your delivery immediately and note any damage on the driver's Bill of Lading. Contact our support team within 48 hours with photos to initiate a replacement claim.

Are your tiles suitable for both floor and wall applications?
